CBS has released the official photos for Watson Season 2 Episode 7, “Giant Steps,” airing Monday, Nov. 24 (10:00–11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ . The new episode brings a deeply personal case to Watson’s door when a young musical prodigy’s life-threatening condition forces him to confront unresolved family tensions.
A Saxophone Prodigy in Crisis—And Watson’s Father Returns
In “Giant Steps,” Watson’s father, Hamish (Clarke Peters), arrives at UHOP to introduce Watson and the team to his protégé, Annabelle , a gifted saxophone prodigy suffering from mysterious, musically induced blackouts. As Annabelle’s symptoms escalate, Watson and the doc-tectives must unravel the medical mystery before it’s too late.
But saving Annabelle means Watson must face something he’s spent years avoiding—his complicated, strained relationship with his father. Their long-standing tension threatens to derail the case unless Watson can bridge the emotional gap in time to pull Annabelle back from the brink.

About Watson Season 2
Building on its breakout first season, WATSON continues to blend high-stakes medical mystery with character-driven drama. Starring Morris Chestnut as Dr. John Watson, the series reimagines one of literature’s most iconic thinkers as a physician who uses investigative brilliance to diagnose the world’s rarest and most confounding diseases.
After defeating Moriarty last season, Watson and his team of “doc-tectives” remain committed to helping the patients who fall through the cracks. But Season 2 introduces a seismic twist: Sherlock Holmes—long presumed dead—resurfaces , forcing Watson to confront a deeply buried secret hidden within his own body.
