The battle for New York society isn’t over yet.
HBO has released the official teaser for The Gilded Age Season 4 and announced that the Emmy-nominated drama will return Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on HBO. The new season will also stream on HBO Max.
The eight-episode fourth season picks up with Bertha Russell facing the consequences of everything she accomplished in Season 3, while Agnes van Rhijn sees an opportunity to reclaim her place in society.

Bertha Russell changed society in Season 3, but those victories came at a cost. Season 4 will force the Russell family to reckon with the consequences while Bertha attempts to navigate the world she fought so hard to conquer.
Across the street, Agnes van Rhijn recognizes an opportunity to regain her position and isn’t about to let it pass quietly.
Marian will forge a new path of her own, while Peggy faces another challenge as she works to gain acceptance from her future in-laws.

The Gilded Age Season 4 premieres Sunday, November 1 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and will be available to stream on HBO Max.
The fourth season consists of eight episodes.
Assuming HBO maintains a weekly Sunday release without a break, the Season 4 finale would arrive December 20. HBO has not yet announced individual episode titles or confirmed the complete episode-by-episode schedule.
