Colin Farrell Returns As John Sugar
Season 2 welcomes back Colin Farrell as private investigator John Sugar, the enigmatic detective and film lover whose world was turned upside down by one of television’s most shocking twists during season 1.
This time, Sugar remains in Los Angeles after choosing to stay on Earth in hopes of finding his missing sister. His latest case centers on the disappearance of the older brother of a rising local boxer, but what begins as a routine missing persons investigation quickly spirals into a much larger conspiracy stretching across the city.
According to Apple TV+, the new season will force Sugar to confront his own moral limits as he struggles with one central question:
How far will he go to do what’s right?
