Sorority Row is making the jump to 4K for the first time, with Lionsgate Limited releasing a new collectible SteelBook edition of the 2009 horror movie today, September 15, 2026.
The new release includes Sorority Row on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray along with a digital copy, with the film presented in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The SteelBook features new artwork by Vance Kelly inspired by the slasher’s deadly Theta Pi sisterhood.
Directed by Stewart Hendler from a screenplay by Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger, Sorority Row stars Briana Evigan, Leah Pipes, Rumer Willis, Jamie Chung, Audrina Patridge, Margo Harshman, Matt Lanter and Carrie Fisher.
The 2009 horror movie follows the sisters of Rosman University’s Theta Pi after a prank involving Cassidy (Evigan), Chugs (Harshman), Jessica (Pipes), Ellie (Willis), Claire (Chung) and Megan (Patridge) ends in tragedy. The survivors agree to keep what happened a secret, but graduation brings a new problem when someone begins hunting the sisters one by one.

In addition to the film’s 4K debut, Lionsgate Limited has produced four new bonus features for the release:

Sorority Row 4K Technical Details
The 101-minute film is presented in its 2.40:1 widescreen aspect ratio with Dolby Vision, along with an English Dolby Atmos soundtrack. Spanish 5.1 Dolby Audio and Spanish and English SDH subtitles are also included.
The package contains two discs — 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray — along with a U.S. digital copy. Lionsgate says the 4K disc is all-region, while the included Blu-ray is Region A.
