RAGE is ready to boil over again. HBO Max has released the official trailer for RAGE (FURIA) Part 2, the eight-episode second installment of the Spanish HBO Original series created and directed by Félix Sabroso. The new chapter arrives Friday, October 9, with a fresh group of women navigating a world where power, money and spectacle can turn almost anything into a commodity.
A New Chapter Driven by Rage
Part 2 follows several women pushed to the edge by a market-driven system that makes even their hardest circumstances profitable for someone else. With their options narrowing, rage becomes the one weapon they have left. It is a sharp setup for a series that has always found dark humor and emotional bite in the pressures its characters face.
The new season continues the show’s interest in the messy collision between private pain and public spectacle. Rather than treating anger as a single note, RAGE gives its women different reasons to fight back—and lets the fallout be as unpredictable as the people at the center of it.
Who Stars in RAGE (FURIA) Part 2?
The eight lead actresses returning to introduce the new installment are Maribel Verdú, Carmen Maura, María León, Cecilia Suárez, Ana Mena, Clara Sans, Claudia Salas and Ana Torrent. The ensemble will join creators Félix Sabroso and Jau Fornés for the series presentation at the San Sebastián Film Festival.
The Creative Team Behind the HBO Original
Sabroso created and directs RAGE, co-writing Part 2 with Juan Flahn and co-directing with Fornés. The series is produced by Producciones Mandarina for HBO Max in Spain. José María Caro, Antonio Trashorras and David Ocaña executive produce for HBO Max, while Santi Botello and Sabroso executive produce for Producciones Mandarina.
The first installment premiered in July 2025 and became HBO Max’s most-watched series in Spain since 2021, behind only House of the Dragon and The Last of Us. Part 2 has a new cast at the forefront, but its premise suggests the same bracing mix of social pressure, humor and women refusing to quietly absorb the consequences of a broken system.
