Paramount+ has officially renewed LANDMAN for a third season after the hit Taylor Sheridan drama delivered massive viewership momentum. The second season premiered on November 16 and has quickly become one of the top-performing original series on the platform, ranking as a top three title for the week of November 17 and a top two title for the week of November 24, according to preliminary Nielsen streaming data.
Season two also shattered internal records. Its premiere episode drew more than 9.2 million streaming views in its first two days, a 262% increase over the season one premiere, marking the most-watched original series premiere in Paramount+ history. New episodes stream exclusively on Paramount+ every Sunday.
The awards conversation is now heating up as well: Billy Bob Thornton scored a Critics Choice Award nomination for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his breakout performance as Tommy Norris.

Co-created by Oscar® nominee Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace, LANDMAN stars Oscar® winner Billy Bob Thornton, Oscar® nominee Demi Moore, Oscar® nominee Andy Garcia, Ali Larter, and Oscar® nominee Sam Elliott. Additional cast includes Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan, and Colm Feore.
Behind the camera, Sheridan leads an award-caliber executive team including David C. Glasser, David Hutkin, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, Christian Wallace, Billy Bob Thornton, Geyer Kosinski, Michael Friedman, and Stephen Kay. Imperative Entertainment’s Dan Friedkin and Jason Hoch, along with Texas Monthly’s J.K. Nickell and Megan Creydt, also serve as executive producers. Tommy Turtle is co-executive producer.
