It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 Episode 6 Photos: “The War on Alcohol”

The Gang is taking on the anti-drinking trend in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 Episode 6, “The War on Alcohol,” airing tonight on FXX.

FX has released new photos from the episode featuring Charlie Day as Charlie Kelly, Glenn Howerton as Dennis Reynolds, Rob Mac as Mac, Kaitlin Olson as Dee Reynolds and Danny DeVito as Frank Reynolds as Paddy’s Pub faces another threat to its questionable business model.

In “The War on Alcohol,” Dennis, Dee and Frank attempt to lure white-collar workers into Paddy’s for happy hour, while Mac and Charlie take a different approach by recruiting blue-collar factory workers. Their goal is to turn Paddy’s back into the kind of chaotic melting pot the Gang remembers.

What Is “The War on Alcohol” About?

The episode puts Paddy’s Pub directly in the middle of changing attitudes toward drinking. Dennis, Dee and Frank target white-collar customers for happy hour, while Mac and Charlie try to bring factory workers into the bar.

That division gives “The War on Alcohol” a classic Always Sunny setup: split the Gang into competing factions, give both sides their own terrible solution to the same problem and wait for their plans to collide.
