Debuting in third place was The Bride! from Warner Bros. Pictures, which opened with $7.26 million across 3,304 locations. The film averaged $2,197 per theater in its first weekend.
Sony’s sports drama GOAT placed fourth with $6.6 million, bringing its domestic total to $83.8 million despite a 45% weekend drop. Rounding out the top five was Wuthering Heights, which earned $3.75 million and has now reached $78.7 million domestically.
Overall, the weekend showcased a mix of strong new openings and solid holdovers, with family audiences turning out for Hoppers while horror fans continued to support Scream 7.
