Peacock has unveiled the first look at The Good Daughter, a new limited thriller starring Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy that will premiere with all six episodes on Thursday, November 12.
Based on Karin Slaughter’s bestselling novel, The Good Daughter stars Fahy as Charlotte Quinn and Byrne as her sister Samantha. The two women have spent 20 years trying to rebuild lives fractured by a devastating night of violence, only to find their past resurfacing when another attack shakes their small town of Pikeville.

Peacock also released the first teaser for The Good Daughter, offering the first footage of Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy as sisters Samantha and Charlotte Quinn and a glimpse at the violence, secrets and family trauma driving the six-episode thriller.

Charlotte, now a lawyer like her father, becomes the first witness at the scene of the new attack. As the resulting case unfolds, painful memories and long-buried secrets begin to surface, forcing both sisters to confront the events that changed their family decades earlier.
The first-look photos offer an early glimpse at Byrne and Fahy as Samantha and Charlotte, along with Brendan Gleeson as their father. The six-episode story blends a twisting crime mystery with a family drama centered on survival, resilience and the complicated bond between two sisters.

Alongside Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy, The Good Daughter stars Brendan Gleeson, Olivia Williams, Harper Steele, Michael Dorman, Audrey Grace Marshall and Drew Cheek.
The project also marks another television adaptation from Karin Slaughter, whose novels previously inspired Netflix’s Pieces of Her and ABC’s Will Trent. Slaughter serves as writer, showrunner and executive producer and wrote all six episodes of The Good Daughter.
Steph Green directs all six episodes and executive produces. Bruna Papandrea, Steve Hutensky and Casey Haver executive produce for Made Up Stories alongside Byrne. The series is produced by Made Up Stories in partnership with Fifth Season.
