Get ready for laughs, llamas, and a royal dose of chaos as Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove celebrates its 25th anniversary.
The beloved animated comedy returns to the big screen at Hollywood’s legendary El Capitan Theatre November 21-24 before arriving December 9 on digital platforms (Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home) and on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. (And yes—it comes in a box, inside another box, but we don’t recommend smashing it with a hammer!)
Enjoy this clever and endlessly quotable adventure with your family – perhaps over soup, light salad, or a tray of Kronk’s signature spinach puffs – as kindhearted peasant Pacha (John Goodman) and self-centered prince-turned-llama Kuzco (David Spade) learn a few life lessons on their wild journey. Along the way, they’ll cross paths with the delightfully devious Yzma (Eartha Kitt) and her well-meaning sidekick Kronk (Patrick Warburton). Packed with wacky twists, sharp humor, and heart, The Emperor’s New Groove remains a cult classic that continues to win over new generations of fans.
