Tatiana Maslany
Tatiana Maslany is a Canadian actress known for her critically acclaimed and award-winning performances on both stage and screen. She was born on September 22, 1985, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Maslany is perhaps best known for her lead role in the science fiction TV series “Orphan Black,” which aired from 2013 to 2017. In the series, she played several different characters, all of whom are clones, and for which she won numerous awards, including an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2016.
Aside from “Orphan Black,” Maslany has also appeared in numerous films and TV shows, including “The Vow,” “Stronger,” “Perry Mason,” and “Parks and Recreation.” She has received critical acclaim for her performances in various theater productions as well, including “The Secret Life of Words,” “A Christmas Carol,” and “Three Sisters.”
In addition to her acting work, Maslany has also been involved in various philanthropic and social causes, including supporting indigenous rights and advocating for environmental sustainability.
