Best Medicine

Best Medicine is a FOX comedy-drama starring Josh Charles as Martin Best, a brilliant but blunt surgeon who leaves his career in Boston to become the general practitioner in the small seaside community of Port Wenn, Maine. The series follows Martin as he adjusts to small-town life, an eccentric group of residents and relationships that prove considerably more complicated than medicine.
