South Park is back with a new season, as creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone bring Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny back for the Season 29 premiere, “South American Biker Gangs.”
In South Park Season 29 Episode 1, e-bikes arrive in South America, with the boys taking over the streets while the parents can hardly recognize South America anymore.
The long-running animated comedy created by Parker and Stone returns to Comedy Central after its latest break, kicking off another run of new episodes that will continue through November.

When Is South Park Season 29 Episode 1?
South Park Season 29 Episode 1, “South American Biker Gangs,” premieres Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The episode will stream the following day on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
Additional new Season 29 episodes will premiere Wednesdays on September 30, October 14, October 28, November 11 and November 25 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central, with next-day streaming on Paramount+.
