Jack Reacher is coming back for another case. Prime Video has renewed Reacher for Season 6, giving the Alan Ritchson-led series another early order while Season 5 is still in production. The news arrives less than two weeks after the Season 4 finale premiered on September 16.
According to figures supplied by Amazon, Season 4 reached 66 million viewers worldwide in its first 28 days on Prime Video. That measurement period began with the season’s August 12 premiere, before all eight episodes were available, but it gives the streamer another strong reason to keep its Jack Reacher franchise moving.
What Do We Know About Reacher Season 5?
Season 5 is currently filming in Toronto and will adapt Lee Child’s novel Make Me. Ritchson returns as Jack Reacher. Prime Video has not announced a premiere date for the season.
That makes the order of events clear: Season 4 has finished airing, Season 5 is being made, and Season 6 is now confirmed. The newly announced sixth season does not yet have a disclosed story, book selection, cast beyond its lead or release window.
Reacher’s World Keeps Growing
The renewal follows a busy stretch for the franchise. Season 4 adapted Gone Tomorrow and ended with “Cut,” while the Maria Sten-led spinoff Neagley premiered the same day as the finale.

Where to Watch Reacher
