Nobody Wants This Season 3 Sets October Premiere Date — Kristen Bell and Adam Brody Are Moving In Together

Kristen Bell and Adam Brody are ready to take the next step when Nobody Wants This returns this fall.

Netflix has announced that Nobody Wants This Season 3 premieres October 22, 2026, with all 10 episodes arriving the same day. Bell returns as Joanne alongside Brody as Noah, and this time the couple isn’t wondering whether their relationship can work — they’re moving in together and figuring out what comes next.

After the ups and downs that defined the first two seasons, Season 3 finds Joanne and Noah settling into a relationship that finally feels stable. That means the series can move beyond the familiar will-they-or-won’t-they question and explore all the new complications that come with actually building a life together.

Netflix describes the new season as a chance for the couple to experience a new series of “firsts,” while creator Erin Foster says maintaining the fun and flirtation between Joanne and Noah remains an important part of what makes the relationship work.

Joanne and Noah Are Moving In Together

The first-look photos from Season 3 show Joanne and Noah surrounded by moving boxes as they begin their new life under the same roof.

It’s a significant change for Nobody Wants This.

Much of the show’s romantic tension has come from the obstacles standing between Joanne and Noah, particularly their different backgrounds and Joanne’s complicated relationship with Judaism.

Morgan and Sasha Have Something They Can’t Ignore

Joanne and Noah aren’t the only characters facing major relationship changes.

Sasha (Timothy Simons) and Esther (Jackie Tohn) are back in the dating world, creating an entirely new situation for Sasha and Morgan (Justine Lupe).

The chemistry between Morgan and Sasha has been simmering for some time, but Sasha’s new relationship status makes ignoring it considerably more difficult.

Netflix says the pair have been circling something neither has been willing to admit.

At the same time, Morgan’s professional life is taking off.

Her career is moving toward another level as she becomes an almost-media sensation, creating another interesting shift between Morgan and Joanne. While Joanne settles into her increasingly stable relationship with Noah, Morgan is beginning to figure out what she wants professionally.

The sisters’ built-in competitiveness isn’t going anywhere.

Andrew Rannells and Sarah Silverman Join Nobody Wants This Season 3

Season 3 is also expanding the show’s already impressive ensemble.

Andrew Rannells, Keyla Monterroso Mejia and Sarah Silverman join in major recurring roles, while Avan Jogia, Poorna Jagannathan, Sadie Sandler, Stephanie Koenig and Steven Weber will guest star.

Rannells plays Sebastien, Joanne’s nemesis in conversion class.

Monterroso Mejia plays Amber, a single woman in Joanne’s Intro to Judaism class who is determined to find a Jewish husband.

Silverman plays Rabbi Eden, the warm and quirky teacher leading the class and a supportive presence for Joanne and Noah.

Jogia joins as Travis, a confident guy who enjoys getting under Joanne’s skin, while Jagannathan plays Sebastien’s outspoken aunt Eleanor.

Sandler appears as Denise, a young psychic who gives Morgan a reading. Koenig plays Poppy, an extremely upbeat woman who goes on a date with Sasha, and Weber plays Julian, a confident divorced father.

Creator Erin Foster is getting in on the action too.

Foster makes a cameo as Nicole, a chaotic and self-sabotaging single woman who represents a version of the person Joanne might have become if her life had gone in a very different direction.

Nobody Wants This Is Coming Back After a Huge Season 2

Netflix has plenty of reason to keep Joanne and Noah’s story going.

Season 2 spent two consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Netflix’s English TV list following its release and generated 18 million views during its first 11 days.

The season reached the Top 10 in 82 countries and even pushed Season 1 back onto Netflix’s global chart.

Season 3 is again produced by 20th Television, with Konner and Kaplan serving as showrunners and executive producers.

Foster executive produces alongside Kristen Bell, Sara Foster, Nora Silver, Steven Levitan, Danielle Stokdyk, Jeff Morton and others.

With Joanne and Noah finally moving forward instead of questioning whether they belong together, Season 3 has an opportunity to evolve the romantic comedy without losing the chemistry that turned Bell and Brody’s unlikely couple into the heart of the series.

And judging by the new cast, Morgan and Sasha may be about to make things considerably messier.

When Does Nobody Wants This Season 3 Premiere?

Nobody Wants This Season 3 premieres Thursday, October 22, 2026, exclusively on Netflix.

All 10 episodes will be available on premiere day.

Season 3 isn’t abandoning those parts of their lives, but the central question has changed.

Instead of asking whether Joanne and Noah will end up together, the series can finally ask what happens when they actually are together.

Co-showrunners Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan describe that as an intentional shift. The creative team wanted to let the couple enjoy being settled and in love while finding comedy in how they navigate their new life.

Netflix is calling it the show’s “Champagne” season — a lighter, romantic and celebratory approach that guided the writers as they developed the new episodes.
