NCIS Season 24 Episode 2 photos preview “Clean Slate,” a neighborhood dinner-party mystery airing tonight, Tuesday, October 13, from 8:00–9:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. Michael Weatherly is back as Tony DiNozzo alongside Gary Cole as Alden Parker and Sean Murray as Timothy McGee.
Wilmer Valderrama returns as Nick Torres and Katrina Law as Jessica Knight as the team investigates a man’s murder following a dinner party. The problem is bigger than conflicting witness accounts: according to the episode synopsis, every guest is lying.
Every Dinner Guest Has Something to Hide
The guests’ false accounts involve a strange break-in at the victim’s house, things they were burning in their backyards and who they really are. Those questions give the agents several directions to investigate, but little reason to accept anyone’s story at face value.
As the team digs deeper, its members struggle to agree on what kind of case they are working. “Clean Slate” puts the mystery’s nature in question alongside the identity of the killer, with the dinner-party guests’ concealed histories complicating the search for answers.
The episode is written by Steven D. Binder and Christopher J. Waild and directed by Marc Roskin. Watch our “Clean Slate” promo for another look at tonight’s episode.
