Love Island USA is officially coming back for another summer.
Peacock has renewed Love Island USA for Season 9, with Emmy-nominated host Ariana Madix set to return when the reality dating series returns in 2027.
The renewal follows a record-breaking eighth season for the Peacock franchise. According to the streamer, Love Island USA has generated more than 19 billion minutes viewed since Season 8 premiered June 2.
Peacock also says 35% of the Season 8 audience was new to the series, while Nielsen ranked Love Island USA as the No. 1 streaming reality title for six consecutive weeks this summer.
Love Island USA Season 8 Reunion Arrives August 31
Before attention turns completely toward Season 9, the Season 8 Islanders are getting back together one more time.
Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen will co-host the Love Island USA Season 8 reunion, which was taped in front of a live audience.
The special brings back the season’s winners, fan-favorite couples and bombshells to revisit what happened inside the Villa — and presumably address some of what happened after everyone left.
The Love Island USA Season 8 reunion streams Monday, August 31 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on Peacock.
When Will Love Island USA Season 9 Premiere?
Peacock has confirmed Love Island USA Season 9 will premiere in 2027, but an exact release date has not yet been announced.
The renewal also expands Peacock’s Love Island lineup for next year. Previously announced third seasons of Love Island: Beyond the Villa and Love Island Games are also scheduled to premiere in 2027.
