Law & Order: SVU Season 16 Episode 2, “American Disgrace,” puts the Special Victims Unit in the middle of a high-profile case involving basketball superstar Shakir “The Shark” Wilkins.
When allegations are made against Wilkins, more women come forward and the investigation becomes increasingly complicated. Benson and Carisi disagree over the credibility of the accusations, while the case also sends Rollins back to her former precinct in Atlanta.
