PLAYING ICONIC HOMETOWN VENUE ON OCTOBER 19
After going on sale to the public this morning, HAIM quickly sold out their first headlining show at the iconic Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The GRAMMY-nominated band will play for their hometown on Thursday, October 19th. Renowned for their energetic and exciting live performances, the monumental show at the Greek Theatre follows a string of sold out shows and festivals this month in cities like Oakland and Denver plus international performances earlier this summer at the renowned Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds Festivals.
HAIM’s Greek Theatre show follows the release of their highly anticipated and critically acclaimed sophomore album, “Something To Tell You” (Columbia Records), which debuted at No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart. Upon its release, Entertainment Weekly called their sophomore album “the impeccable American pop you’ve been craving” while Pitchfork declared, “HAIM’s glossy second album is slyly complex. The California sisters remain masters of rhythm and create spacious pop-rock full of heartbreak, longing, and betrayal.” In May, HAIM returned to Saturday Night Live to perform on the season’s second highest rated episode and, ahead of their album’s release, they made their debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Haim is currently on the road for their North American Fall tour. They will play tonight at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre, travel to Atlanta to play Music Midtown on Sunday, and, next weekend, will play Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas.
HAIM at The Greek Theatre on October 19th is presented by Goldenvoice.
