Molly Parker stars as Dr. Amy Larsen alongside Jon-Michael Ecker as Dr. Jake Heller. Their latest case brings them together to care for a patient whose medical situation is complicated by a secret.
What Is “Facade” About?
Amy and Jake’s patient has a past that places her in danger. The official synopsis leaves the nature of that secret under wraps, setting up a case in which treating the immediate problem may require understanding what she has concealed.
Elsewhere at Westside, Ben must scramble to keep his artificial heart trial alive after a key donor withdraws funding. Blair Underwood plays Dr. Ben Grant, whose work now faces a financial obstacle that cannot be resolved in the operating room.
The episode also tests Sonya and TJ’s relationship when Sonya’s father visits the hospital. Anya Banerjee as Dr. Sonya Maitra and Patrick Walker as Dr. TJ Coleman take the focus in a storyline that brings family into their workplace and personal lives.
