Criminal Minds: Evolution returns May 28, 2026 on Paramount+, bringing back one of television’s longest-running and most successful crime dramas for its highly anticipated 19th season. In an early vote of confidence, the series has already been renewed for a milestone Season 20, set for 2027.
The continued expansion of the Criminal Minds universe highlights the enduring popularity of the franchise, with Criminal Minds: Evolution maintaining a strong global fanbase and consistent streaming success.
Season 19 sees the return of core cast members Joe Mantegna, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Zach Gilford, and RJ Hatanaka, alongside Adam Rodriguez and Paget Brewster. The series continues to follow the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), an elite team of profilers tasked with tracking and capturing some of the most dangerous criminals before they can strike again.
The upcoming season will also feature an extensive list of guest stars, including Connor Storrie, Justin Kirk, Yvette Nicole Brown, Clark Gregg, Paul F.
