The future has officially arrived.
Prime Video brought the highly anticipated Blade Runner 2099 to San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H, where stars Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer joined showrunner Silka Luisa and executive producers Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson to unveil the series’ first teaser trailer and announce its global premiere date.
All eight episodes of the limited series will debut November 25, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.

What Is Blade Runner 2099 About?
Set decades after the events of Blade Runner 2049, the new series transports viewers to Los Angeles in the year 2099.
The story follows Olwen (Michelle Yeoh), a veteran Blade Runner facing the end of her life, who reluctantly teams up with a mysterious new recruit named Cora (Hunter Schafer). Together, the pair investigate an expanding conspiracy tied to some of the city’s oldest and darkest secrets, uncovering a mystery that reaches back to the origins of the Blade Runner universe.
