CBS has released photos for Watson Season 2 Episode 15, titled “A Third Act Surprise,” airing tonight, Sunday, March 29 (10:00–11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+.

Adding to the excitement, Robert Carlyle returns as Sherlock Holmes in “A Third Act Surprise,” bringing the iconic detective back into Watson’s world.

In Watson Season 2 Episode 15, Watson and the fellows face a race against time as they work to save the life of a young woman in need of a kidney donation. As the urgency of the case builds, the team must navigate complex medical and emotional challenges to find a solution.

Meanwhile, Sherlock returns, bringing his unique perspective to help crack unsolved cases in Pittsburgh. His reappearance adds a new layer to the investigation, raising the stakes as Watson balances both the medical emergency and ongoing mysteries.
