After defeating Moriarty last season, Watson and his team of “doc-tectives” remain committed to helping the patients who fall through the cracks. But Season 2 introduces a seismic twist: Sherlock Holmes—long presumed dead—resurfaces, forcing Watson to confront a deeply buried secret hidden within his own body.
