Prime Video has officially set the return date for one of its biggest action thrillers.
During Amazon’s Upfront presentation, Prime Video announced that THE TERMINAL LIST season 2 will premiere Wednesday, October 21, 2026, with all eight episodes dropping exclusively on the streaming service worldwide.
What Is The Terminal List Season 2 About?
Led by Chris Pratt, the hit action series returns with a much bigger global scope this time around, adapting Jack Carr’s bestselling novel True Believer. After the events of season one, Navy SEAL Commander James Reece embarks on a dangerous new mission that transforms the series from a revenge-driven thriller into a globe-spanning espionage story.
Season 2 sends Reece across multiple continents as he uncovers a conspiracy stretching from Moscow to Langley, with revelations that tie directly back to his own family history.
THE TERMINAL LIST CAST
In addition to Chris Pratt, returning cast members include Tom Hopper, Constance Wu, Dar Salim, and Luke Hemsworth, while new additions include Gabriel Luna, Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Arnold Vosloo, and Shiraz Tzarfati.
One of the defining strengths of THE TERMINAL LIST remains its commitment to authenticity, with former military personnel continuing to play a major role behind the scenes. Executive producers Jared Shaw (former Navy SEAL) and Max Adams (former Army Ranger) continue overseeing the action and realism, alongside military veterans serving as writers, advisors, actors, and directors.
Season one established THE TERMINAL LIST as a major Prime Video franchise, and with REACHER, FALLOUT, and other action-heavy originals helping define the streamer’s brand, the return of James Reece gives Prime Video another major event series heading into late 2026.
Fans can currently stream season one exclusively on Prime Video.
