Prime Video has released the first official images from The Terminal List Season 2, offering a new look at the action-thriller’s long-awaited return nearly five years after the original series debuted.
All eight episodes of The Terminal List Season 2 will premiere Wednesday, October 21, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video.
Based on Jack Carr’s True Believer, the second novel in his bestselling series, Season 2 picks up James Reece’s story following the events of the first season and expands the series from a psychological revenge thriller into a globe-trotting espionage story.
This time, Reece’s mission will take him across the Indian Ocean, Africa, the Middle East and Europe as he uncovers a conspiracy stretching from Moscow to Langley — and reaching into his own family’s history.
The Terminal List Season 2 Expands James Reece’s Mission
After completing the list that drove his mission in Season 1, Reece begins Season 2 searching for a new purpose.
He won’t be doing it alone.
Tom Hopper returns as Raife Hastings alongside Constance Wu as Katie Buranek, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry.
Season 2 also introduces Gabriel Luna as Freddy Strain, with an expanded international cast that includes Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo and Shiraz Tzarfati.
Prime Video says The Terminal List franchise has now reached more than 100 million viewers worldwide.
The Terminal List Season 2 Continues the Franchise’s Focus on Authenticity
Military authenticity will remain a major component of the series as its scope expands.
Former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw and former Army Ranger Max Adams oversee the action and authenticity work, with military veterans also contributing to the production as writers, actors, technical advisors and directors.
That includes former Navy SEAL Ray Mendoza, director of Warfare, who is among the veterans working behind the camera on Season 2.
The series is executive produced by Pratt through Indivisible Productions, writer and showrunner David DiGilio, Carr, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick through Fuqua Films, Adams and Shaw.
Amazon MGM Studios, MRC and Civic Center Media produce the series.
