Shameless Season 4 Episode 9, “The Legend of Bonnie and Carl,” follows Carl as he forms a connection with a troubled girl named Bonnie after meeting her in detention.
Elsewhere, Fiona struggles to find work with a criminal record, while Lip and Amanda grow closer. Sheila returns with plans of her own, and Mickey spends time with Ian as Ian’s increasingly erratic behavior becomes harder to ignore.
The episode stars William H. Macy as Frank Gallagher, Emmy Rossum as Fiona Gallagher, Jeremy Allen White as Lip Gallagher, Ethan Cutkosky as Carl Gallagher, Cameron Monaghan as Ian Gallagher and Noel Fisher as Mickey Milkovich. Morgan Lily guest stars as Bonnie.
