R.J. Decker Season 1 Episode 3, titled “The Needle and the Damage Done,” airs tonight on ABC, Tuesday, March 17 from 10:00–11:00 PM EDT. In the new episode, R.J. is pulled into a high-stakes case when Emi recruits him to investigate the disappearance of a wealthy rehab tycoon’s son.

In R.J. Decker Season 1 Episode 3, the case quickly takes unexpected turns as R.J. navigates a world of addiction, wealth, and secrets while searching for answers. As the investigation unfolds, Mel and Catherine find themselves at odds, clashing over parenting decisions and financial priorities, adding personal tension to the episode’s central mystery.

R.J. Decker follows a disgraced former photographer turned private investigator who takes on unusual and often dangerous cases while trying to rebuild his life. Blending dark humor with crime drama, the series continues to explore both R.J.’s cases and the complicated relationships around him.
