Branch believes he finally has proof that David Ridges is alive, while Walt makes an important discovery connecting the case to Jacob Nighthorse. At the same time, Henry Standing Bear faces another setback in his trial, and Vic is forced to make a decision about her future.

Guest stars include A Martinez as Jacob Nighthorse, Graham Greene as Malachi Strand and David Midthunder as David Ridges.
