Law & Order: SVU Season 28 Episode 4 photos preview “Arcana,” airing tonight, Thursday, October 29, from 9:00–10:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. A clairvoyant’s report of an assault challenges Curry’s approach to an investigation that reaches into a family’s hidden history.
Aimé Donna Kelly takes the spotlight as Captain Renee Curry, with Mariska Hargitay as Captain Olivia Benson. The series ensemble also includes Ice-T, Kelli Giddish, Peter Scanavino, Kevin Kane and Corey Cott.
What Is “Arcana” About?
The investigation begins with an account of a nighttime assault that leaves the detectives struggling to establish exactly what happened. Curry must look beyond her doubts about clairvoyance while pursuing the evidence and seeking justice for the victim.
As the squad follows the case, a secret buried within one family comes to light. The preview leaves the attacker’s identity and the nature of that secret for tonight’s episode.
Guest star Susannah Flood plays Beatrice, the clairvoyant at the center of the case. In an Entertainment Weekly interview, syndicated by AOL, Kelly described Curry’s commitment to protecting Beatrice despite her skepticism and teased further insight into Curry’s own history.
