"Dharma & Greg" co-creator Dottie Dartland Zicklin has signed on to reunite with Jenna Elfman and exec produce her new comedy at ABC.
In the project, Elfman plays a book publicist who's intensely loyal to her clients. When budget cuts threaten her publishing house, she stands up to the corporate suits — and successfully lobbies for the right to continue working with smaller, quirkier authors.
In addition to focusing on different authors each week, skein will explore Elfman's character as she pursues love and happiness.
Comedy is set to go into production this fall.
