New photos from Industry season 4 episode 1, titled “PayPal of Bukkake,” offer a provocative first look at the season four premiere of the critically acclaimed HBO Original drama. The series returns Sunday, January 11 from 9:00–10:00 p.m. ET/PT on HBO, with episodes streaming on HBO Max. The new season consists of eight episodes, airing weekly.
Season four finds Harper and Yasmin at the top of their game, finally living the lives they once only imagined as Pierpoint graduates. But success brings its own dangers. When a flashy fintech darling explodes onto the London financial scene, the two are pulled into a high-stakes, globe-trotting cat-and-mouse game that quickly blurs the line between ambition and obsession.
Harper, played by Myha’la, is drawn into the orbit of the enigmatic and powerful executive Whitney Halberstram, portrayed by Max Minghella. Meanwhile, Yasmin, portrayed by Marisa Abela, navigates a complicated and increasingly volatile relationship with tech founder Sir Henry Muck, played by Kit Harington. As money, power, and ego collide, Harper and Yasmin’s already fraught friendship begins to bend and ignite under the pressure.
The Industry season 4 episode 1 photos tease sleek boardrooms, private jets, opulent parties, and simmering confrontations, signaling a season driven by excess and ruthless competition. With global stakes and deeply personal consequences, the premiere sets the tone for a chapter where loyalty is fleeting and ambition comes at a steep cost.
Season four features an expansive ensemble cast including Ken Leung, Miriam Petche, Sagar Radia, Toheeb Jimoh, Charlie Heaton, Amy James-Kelly, Roger Barclay, Andrew Havill, Kiernan Shipka, Kal Penn, Jack Farthing, Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Forlani, and Edward Holcroft, further broadening the show’s sharp examination of power structures across finance, politics, and tech.
Industry is created, written, and executive produced by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay. The series is produced by Bad Wolf for HBO and the BBC, with executive producers Jane Tranter, Kate Crowther, and Ryan Rasmussen for Bad Wolf, Kathleen McCaffrey for Little Gems, and Rebecca Ferguson for the BBC. Directors this season include Mickey Down, Konrad Kay, Michelle Savill, and Luke Snellin.
With its biting dialogue, morally complex characters, and unflinching portrayal of modern capitalism, Industry season four promises to push its characters — and its audience — further than ever before.
