In the CW’s new drama FREQUENCY, father and daughter detective-duo, Frank Sullivan (Riley Smith)and Raimy Sullivan (Peyton List), are able to miraculously communicate across time to track a serial killer that stalks their family and hopefully find a way to stop his future rampage.
