What Happens In Fire Country Season 5 Episode 1?
In “Founders’ Day,” Edgewater is celebrating its annual Founders’ Day festival when a catastrophic sinkhole suddenly opens beneath Main Street. Residents become trapped underground, forcing Bode and the Station 42 crew into a high-stakes rescue.
The premiere will also introduce a new face in Edgewater. Olivia Thirlby joins Fire Country Season 5 as Cecilia Jade “CJ” Ryan, a decorated urban firefighter who arrives in town under mysterious circumstances.
CJ has spent months on the road after leaving her previous station and eventually crosses paths with Bode. Despite her lack of experience fighting woodland fires, Bode believes the newcomer may have something to offer Station 42.
Who Is Returning For Fire Country Season 5?
Max Thieriot returns as Bode Leone for Season 5 alongside Kevin Alejandro as Manny Perez, Diane Farr as Sharon Leone, Jordan Calloway as Jake Crawford and Jules Latimer as Eve Edwards.
Olivia Thirlby joins the cast as new series regular CJ Ryan, giving Station 42 another firefighter — and another mystery — heading into the new season.
