CBS has released official Elsbeth Season 3 Episode 11 photos for “Ol’ Man Liver,” airing Thursday, February 26 (10:00–11:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The new episode promises dark humor, high society intrigue, and a chilling case centered around the obsession with youth and longevity.

In Elsbeth season 3 episode 11, Elsbeth goes head-to-head with a wealthy biohacker, played by guest star Hamish Linklater, who will do anything to stay young — including adhering to an extreme diet, committing to punishing exercise routines, and even resorting to murder. As the investigation unfolds, Elsbeth must untangle a web of privilege, ambition, and dangerous self-experimentation to uncover the truth.

“Ol’ Man Liver” continues the show’s sharp blend of offbeat wit and compelling mystery, delivering another layered case that challenges Elsbeth’s instincts and unconventional investigative style.

Now in its third season, the critically acclaimed drama stars Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni, the brilliant, eccentric consent-decree attorney who helps the NYPD outmaneuver New York’s most elite criminals. The series continues to draw from the world of The Good Wife and The Good Fight, while forging its own fresh, playful, yet emotionally grounded identity.

The cast includes Carrie Preston and Wendell Pierce, with the series executive produced by Robert King, Michelle King, Jonathan Tolins, Liz Glotzer, Erica Shelton Kodish, Bryan Goluboff, and Gail Barringer. Tolins serves as showrunner. The series is produced by CBS Studios.
