Anna Torv will lead Dustfall, a six-episode Australian crime drama acquired by Apple TV for a 2027 release. Torv plays Antigone “Tig” Pollard, a seasoned detective investigating a sexual assault case that grows more troubling when a key suspect is found dead.
Based on Vikki Petraitis’s award-winning novel The Unbelieved, the series follows Tig as she searches for the truth in a case where victims face doubt and the legal system may fail them. The investigation also forces her to confront secrets from her own adolescence. The story is set and filmed on Australia’s Gold Coast.
