What Is “S.O.S” About?
Amy must help a family understand that their daughter’s sudden illness could be fatal. As she guides them through the news, she is also dealing with a barrage of intrusive memory seizures.
The two pressures bring Amy’s personal experience into the same hour as a difficult responsibility to her patient’s family. The official preview does not disclose the daughter’s diagnosis, whether she survives or which memories Amy experiences.
TJ and Sonya Treat a Patient Together
Patrick Walker’s TJ Coleman and Anya Banerjee’s Sonya Maitra are forced to collaborate despite unease in their relationship. Their patient is a man whose injuries appear to be self-inflicted.
The synopsis leaves the circumstances of those injuries open. It establishes the need for TJ and Sonya to work together without revealing the patient’s explanation or the outcome of his treatment.
