FOX has released photos for DOC Season 2 Episode 20 “Big Chair” airing tonight, Tuesday, April 7 from 9:00–10:00 PM ET/PT. The episode sets up a high-stakes and emotionally charged hour as Michael steps into his new role as Chief of Internal Medicine under intense pressure.

On Michael’s first day in charge, Joan arrives at the hospital in critical condition, forcing Amy into a series of clashes with Richard over how to treat her. Meanwhile, Gina faces a nearly impossible medical decision involving a young patient, and Liz continues her fight to have her allegations against Richard taken seriously, raising the tension across the hospital.
