DOC Season 2 Episode 18 Photos: “Orientation”

FOX has released photos for DOC Season 2 Episode 18, “Orientation,” airing tonight, Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 9:00–10:00 PM ET/PT. In the episode, Amy and Michael take Katie on a road trip to her college orientation, but what starts as a routine trip quickly takes a dangerous turn.

After stopping at a familiar campsite, the trio’s hike becomes a fight for survival when they discover an injured man in critical condition. Stranded in a remote location with no cell service, Amy, Michael, and Katie must work together to save his life, turning the journey into a tense and emotional ordeal.
