In DOC Season 2 Episode 16, Richard returns to work but is met with hostility from those around him. Determined to redeem himself, he focuses on helping an overworked food delivery driver in need of medical care. Meanwhile, Sonya and TJ turn to Jake for help with the delicate situation involving Joan.
