Paramount+ has released the first-look images from Season 2 of Dexter: Resurrection, offering fans an early glimpse at what’s next for television’s most infamous serial killer. Starring Michael C. Hall in his iconic role as Dexter Morgan, the new season is set to premiere later this year exclusively on the Paramount+ Premium Plan.
Following the shocking events of Season 1, Dexter’s next chapter takes him deeper into the chaos of New York City—and into the crosshairs of not one, but two dangerous killers.
Dexter Faces His Most Unpredictable Challenge Yet
According to the official synopsis, Season 2 finds Dexter caught between a notorious killer and another murderer terrorizing New York in unexpected ways. As if that weren’t enough, he’s also forced to confront what may be his toughest adversary yet: a mid-life crisis.
Meanwhile, Harrison Morgan (Jack Alcott) continues forging his own path in the pursuit of justice, setting the stage for another emotionally charged chapter as father and son face their darkest test yet.

Clyde Phillips Returns as Showrunner
Emmy-nominated writer and producer Clyde Phillips returns as showrunner and executive producer for the new season.
The series is produced by Paramount Television Studios and Counterpart Studios, with Michael C. Hall also serving as an executive producer alongside Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton, Veronica West, Kirsa Rein, and Tanner Bean & Katrina Mathewson.
With Dexter navigating new killers, fractured family relationships, and a city unlike anything he’s faced before, Season 2 of Dexter: Resurrection promises another suspense-filled chapter when it arrives on Paramount+ later this year.

The third season of ‘Dexter’s Kill Room’ on the Dexter Official YouTube Channel premieres August 6 at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET, with new episodes every Thursday, exclusively on YouTube.
