At the same time, Dr. Dean Archer (Steven Weber) adjusts to no longer running the ED as he manages lingering health issues and escalating tension with Lenox. Dr. Mitch Ripley (Luke Mitchell), known for his compassion and unconventional methods, continues to put patients first even when his choices spark debate, while Dr. John Frost (Darren Barnet) brings heart and humor to the pediatric wing as he confronts emotional ghosts from his past.
