CPD ENLISTS THE HELP OF FIREHOUSE 51 FOR A DANGEROUS UNDERCOVER MISSION ¬- CROSSOVER CONTINUES FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT’S “CHICAGO P.D.” – While working to track down a bombing suspect, Voight (guest star Jason Beghe) and Antonio (guest star Jon Seda) meet with Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker), who unwillingly agrees to let Dawson (Monica Raymund) and Brett (Kara Killmer) go undercover. As the investigation continues, Boden, Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Severide (Taylor Kinney) lend their skilled expertise in the investigation. Elsewhere, Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Zach’s (guest star Daniel Di Tomasso) relationship hits a bump and Cruz (Joe Minoso) has a hard time expressing his true feelings for Brett. Meanwhile, Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Connie (guest star DuShon Monique Brown) are forced to come up with an alternative solution when two birthday parties are booked on the same day at the firehouse. Yuri Sardarov and Christian Stolte also star. From renown Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf (“Law & Order” brand) and creators Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, the writing team behind “3:10 to Yuma,” comes season five of the high-octane drama “Chicago Fire,” — an edge-of-your- seat view into the lives of everyday heroes committed to one of America’s noblest professions. The firefighters, rescue squad, and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51 risk their lives week in and week out to save and protect the citizens of their incredible city.

This is an extended family and everyone inside Firehouse 51 knows no other way than to lay it all on the line for each other. Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) leads the Truck Company and brash Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) runs the Rescue Squad.

The firehouse also includes Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman’s fireman. As chief of 51, Boden keeps his house running smoothly and his firefighters prepared to overcome all adversity. Paramedic turned tough as nails firefighter Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) returns alongside Paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer), seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and resourceful firefighter Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo).

In addition to Wolf, Haas and Brandt, executive producers include Matt Olmstead, Joe Chappelle, Arthur Forney and Peter Jankowski.
