AMC is returning to San Diego Comic-Con 2026 with a packed lineup of panels, exclusive screenings, and first-look previews featuring some of its biggest franchises and most anticipated upcoming series.
Leading the way is THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD CITY, which celebrates its upcoming third season with a Hall H panel and an advance fan screening of the season premiere. Also making its Hall H debut is THE VAMPIRE LESTAT, while AMC+ will offer fans an exclusive first look at its new supernatural mystery series YAGA.
In addition, AMC and Shudder talent will appear on several horror-focused Comic-Con panels throughout the weekend, making AMC one of the convention’s biggest destinations for television fans.
THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD CITY Heads Back To Hall H
THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD CITY returns to Hall H on Friday, July 24, 11:45am-12:30pm, with stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lauren Cohan, Aimee Garcia, and Raúl Castillo joined by showrunner Seth Hoffman and executive producer Scott M. Gimple to preview Season 3.
Fans can also expect an exclusive sneak peek from the upcoming premiere before the cast heads to The Loft at Petco Park later that evening for a special advance screening of the Season 3 premiere. Comic-Con attendees will have the opportunity to attend a special advance screening of the series’ highly anticipated season premiere on Friday evening, July 24 at The Loft at Petco Park from 6:30-8:30pm PT.
Season 3 finds Maggie and Negan attempting to build Manhattan’s first thriving community since the apocalypse, only to discover that old enemies, dangerous secrets, and their own complicated history continue to threaten everything they’ve worked to create.
THE VAMPIRE LESTAT Makes Its Hall H Debut
Fresh off its acclaimed first season, THE VAMPIRE LESTAT will take the Hall H stage for the first time, Friday, July 24, 12:30pm-1:15pm.
Cast members Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, and Eric Bogosian will join creator Rolin Jones and executive producers to discuss the series, while attendees will also get a look at highlights from The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only Live, featuring original music performed by Sam Reid as Lestat.
AMC+ Debuts YAGA
AMC+ is also introducing convention attendees to its newest original series, YAGA.
The mystery thriller stars Noah Reid, Clark Backo, and Carrie-Anne Moss, with showrunner Kat Sandler joining the cast for a panel that includes an exclusive first look at the upcoming series. Saturday, July 25, 12:30pm-1:30pm
Inspired by the Slavic legend of Baba Yaga, the series follows a private investigator whose search for a missing heir uncovers dark secrets, supernatural forces, and an increasingly dangerous conspiracy.
Horror Fans Have Even More To Look Forward To
Beyond its headline panels, AMC and Shudder will also be represented during several horror-themed Comic-Con events.
Dan Stevens, Deborah Ann Woll, and Devon Sawa are among the talent scheduled to appear during special discussions celebrating contemporary horror, along with previews of upcoming genre projects and exclusive looks at future Shudder releases. Friday, July 24, 4:45pm-5:45pm, Room 6A
