Stewart became a household name in 1971 after his album “Every Picture Tells a Story” featuring "Maggie May" hit the airwaves. The album and the single were a chart first, holiding the No. 1 spot in both the United States and the United Kingdom simultaneously. His other hit songs include “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy,” “Tonight’s the Night,” “You’re In My Heart,” “The First Cut is the Deepest” and “Downtown Train.” In recent years, Stewart has released his multi-platinum, chart-topping, Grammy Award-winning “Great American Songbook” collection.
