The Casanova, the chiropractor and the all-grown-up kid continue their lives under one roof when Warner Home Video (WHV) gets set to release TV’s #1 comedy hit, Two and a Half Men: The Complete Fifth Season, on DVD on May 12, 2009 for $44.98 SRP. Season Five is laugh-out-loud funny and drew an average of 13.6 million viewers during its 24-episode run. Guest stars include Janeane Garofalo, Richard Kind, Jane Lynch, Melanie Lynskey, Jenny McCarthy, Ryan Stiles, Robert Wagner and more!  Season Five won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite TV Comedy, and Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer, and Holland Taylor were all nominated for individual Emmys®, while the show was nominated for the Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy® for the third straight year.

Two and a Half Men: The Complete Fifth Season opens with Charlie (Charlie Sheen) topping the charts as kiddie-song sensation Charlie Waffles.  Alan (Jon Cryer) at last meets the perfect woman – who just happens to be dating Charlie.  Jake (Angus T. Jones) starts junior high, armed with reams of “helpful” advice from Alan and Charlie, while Evelyn (Holland Taylor) ties the knot for the fifth time (lots of guests at the wedding, lots of cops at the reception). Complicating matters further are Alan’s deeply neurotic ex-wife, Judith (Marin Hinkle), and Charlie’s domineering, unapologetically blue-collar housekeeper, Berta (Conchata Ferrell). The guys are in and the welcome mat is out at everyone’s favorite Malibu beach house.
