“Greek’s” Season 2 Opener Posts Strong Double-Digit Percent Improvement Over Year-Ago Time Period Levels Across the Board

In its sophomore opener, ABC Family’s hit original series “Greek” posted series highs in Total Viewers (1.6 million), Viewers 12-34 (1.2 million) and Females 12-34 (841,000).
“Greek’s” sophomore opener finished a strong No. 2 in the time period in target demos of Viewers 12-34 (1.2 million), Women 18-34 (391,000) and Females 12-34 (841,000).
Compared to its freshman debut the previous summer (7/9/07), “Greek’s” second season premiere saw triple-digit increases in Adults 18-34 (+102%: 612,000 vs. 303,000), Women 18-34 (+134%: 391,000 vs. 167,000) and Viewers 12-34 (+103%: 1.2 million vs. 592,000). The debut improved by double-digits in Total Viewers, by 46% (1.6 million vs. 1.1 million), and in Adults 18-49 by 56% (792,000 vs. 508,000).
“Greek’s” Season 2 premiere posted solid increases over year-ago time period levels in all key demos, up by 78% in Total Viewers (1.6 million vs. 898,000), by 211% in Adults 18-34 (612,000 vs. 197,000), by 86% in Adults 18-49 (792,000 vs. 425,000) and by 224% in Viewers 12-34 (1.2 million vs. 370,000).
