Screener Girl Checks Out The Series Premiere Of Eleventh Hour

Eleventh Hour on CBS is an easy to watch, easy to enjoy hour of TV.  Not knowing exactly what I was in for going into the first two episodes I got to review, I was pleasantly surprised to find intelligent, near-unsolvable cases, and more than a few red herrings that actually got me on the way to finding the real perpetrators.

Rufus Sewell plays Jacob Hood, a very mysterious biophysicist and science advisor to the government.  He is quirky and brilliant, kind of CBS’ version of Fringe’s Walter Bishop.  We don’t know much about his background or why he needs to carry around a “panic button” but I can’t wait to find out.  His “babysitter” Rachel Young is an FBI agent assigned to keep an eye on his less than orthodox ways.  She is constantly exasperated with him, but at the same time, you can absolutely tell that he intrigues her.

Another solid hour of television from the folks over at Jerry Bruckheimer Television – this made it to the must see list, for sure!
