Multiple sources are confirming six freshman series have received additional script orders. NBC handed out 3 additional script orders apiece to 'Chuck', 'Life', 'Bionic Woman' and 'Journeyman.' CBS has asked for 4 more scripts form 'Cane' and over at The CW 'Aliens In America' received a 3 script order as well. While not full season pickups the orders are still perceived as positive signs and many insiders believe the script orders will continue as networks seek protection from the impending writers strike.
