Blu-ray just got brutal. Adult Swim today announced that Dethklok, the world’s biggest animated heavy metal band, will make its high-definition DVD debut this November when Metalocalypse: Season Three is released on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on November 9th. In the third season of the animated comedy series from co-creators Brendon Small (Home Movies) and Tommy Blacha (Da Ali G Show), Dethklok is found in a precarious position without management after a violent attack on Mordhaus. How will the biggest entertainment act in the universe deal with the brutality of a troubled music industry, declining economy and their own unbridled narcissism? How will the band deal with getting too big and losing touch with their roots – by joining their own tribute band?
